All credit card transactions take place through secure web pages using
SSL technology. This encryption between your browser and our web server
seamlessly protects your information as it travels accross the internet
and prevents security and credit card breaches.

- Full payment must be received with your order.
- We accept payment by Visa, Master Card, Paypal, Paymate and cheque
drawn from an Australian bank in AU$..
- When we receive your order we will reply by email with your order
confirmation.
- Cheques should be made payable to Discology and posted to:

- For cheque/postal order payments, the items will be reserved for 7
days to allow the payment to reach us.
If we have not received the payment within 7 days from date of we can
no longer guarantee your choice of discs.
- Banks charge us for returned (bounced) cheques and our policy is to
pass this charge onto the customer who's cheque is returned.
- A contract is not formed until the goods have been despatched.
Orders From Outside Australia
The shopping cart is just set up to receive orders for delivery to
Australia, New Zealand, United States and Europe.
All prices are in Australian Dollars. We have put a third party currency
conversion converter onto the site as a guide only. Although we find it
to be a handy tool, we are unable to guarantee the actual cost in your
local currency.
Local import duties may be payable on receipt.

Discs may vary from colours shown in photographs.
Different discs are suited to certain types of disc sport. A golf disc,
for example, is not a good disc for catching. Where as recreational discs
and Utimate discs are designed
for throw and catch games. If you require assistance choosing the most
suitable discs, please

Delivery

- The shopping cart is set up for deliveries within Australia, New Zealand,
United States and Europe.
- After we have received credit card details or a cheque in AU$, customers
can normally expect delivery of their item(s) within 3-6 working days,
depending on your location withi Australia. Overseas orders should expect
about a 7-10 days for delivery.
- In most cases goods will be delivered by Auspost Registered Delivery.
Registered mail requires a signature on receipt.
- You will only be charged after the goods have left our warehouse.
If we cannot fulfill or deliver your order within times
or have any other problems with your order, we will contact you by email
as soon as possible. We will also give you an expected delivery date and
allow you to cancel your order if you wish.
Delivery Charges
The web shop automatically calculates your delivery charge.
Stock Availability
We try to keep the stock up to date on our web site, but
from time to time discrepancies will occur. If you have any queries, please
use the contacts
available on the website. I'm afraid we cannot ensure permanent availability
of all items, although we try our hardest. Some goods sell much better
than we predict. If something is out of stock, we'll always give you the
best information we can on anticipated delivery dates or alternatives.

Returns

You have the right to return your goods for a full refund within 7 working
days from the day after you receive the goods. Return postage must be
paid for by yourself and the goods must be unused and unopened. Your money
will be refunded as soon as possible. Please get
in touch before you return anything to us. This does not affect your
statutory rights as a customer.
Complaints

We will handle any complaint in a fair, effective and confidential manner.
We not only try to respond to any complaint within five working days but
also to have it fully resolved.
General Information
Discology's total liability for any claim howsoever arising shall not
exceed the price of the goods supplied by Discology to the customer, together
with any postage costs incurred. Discology shall not be liable for any
consequential customer loss whether this arises from a breach of duty
in contract or in any other way. Customers' statutory rights are not affected
by this statement. Any dispute to be heard in the Australian courts.
